TimeOnWrist

Privacy Policy

Effective July 3, 2026

TimeOnWrist ("the app") is developed by Konrad Bieniek. This policy explains what data the app handles and why. The short version: we store only what the app needs to work, we don't run ads, we don't use third-party trackers, and we never sell your data.

Data we collect

The app does not collect your location, contacts, advertising identifiers, or analytics profiles.

Where it's stored

Data is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore, Firebase Authentication, and Firebase Storage for photos), acting as our data processor. Google's practices are described in the Firebase Privacy documentation. A local copy of your collection is kept on your device so the app works offline.

What others can see

Your data is private to you, with one exception: members of a circle you join can see your display name, your watch collection, and your wear logs. Leaving a circle stops sharing new activity with its members. Nothing is ever public.

Data retention and deletion

Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time inside the app: tap the profile icon, then Delete Account. This removes your watches, wear logs, photos, circle memberships, profile, and authentication record. You can also email us to request deletion.

Children

TimeOnWrist is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
